Mark your calendar for the 2023 Summer School – initiated by the Embassy in 2021 the Summer School is intended to encourage, support and facilitate reflection, dialogue and debate on how Ireland and New Zealand’s shared values, experience and knowledge can be put to best effect. 

The theme of 2023 Summer School is ‘Agents of Change, A reflection on the Legacy, Influence, and Role of Women and Girls’

To coincide with Brigid’s Day, Ireland’s celebration of the creativity and influence of women and girls and the 130^th anniversary of women being granted the right to vote in Aotearoa New Zealand, the Embassy of Ireland’s 2023 Summer School will reflect on women’s strength and role in activism, securing long-lasting benefits globally and being at the forefront of cultural and societal change.
